Mein neues Rad steht kurz vor fertig und ein nennenswerter Vorteil ist die um Welten bessere Verstellbarkeit. Da außerdem ab in 1,5 Wochen Saisonende ist und ich eh keine Lust auf Training hab, würde ich bei gutem Wetter mal ein bisschen was probieren. Testen würde ich mit Aerotune und ggfls. mit einem mitlaufenden Aeropod.
Ich sehe bei der Position 4 Komponenten:
Lenkerhöhe (0 und +4cm)
Armpadbreite (max schmal und +4cm)
UCI Position (-5/80 und 0/75)
Abstellwinkel (Armschalen+Extensions 15° und 0°)
Ich würde also versuchen alle Kombinationen einmal für die lange und einmal für die kurze mögliche Position durchtesten.
Kommen halt so 3 bis 4 Testläufe zusammen, wo man dann ggfsl. in Folgeterminen aussichtsreiche Kombinationen vielleicht nochmal genauer untersuchen müsste.
Bis dahin könnt ihr ja Prognosen abgeben, was ihr glaubt was am schnellsten ist.
Standard ist doch 5cm hinter dem Tretlager und 75mm vorderster Punkt vor dem Tretlager? In Ausnahmefällen direkt über Tretlager und 80mm vorderer Punkt?

Ist wie es ist. Wenn Sattel minus 5, dann darf Extension auf 80. Du hast eine Ausnahme frei.
