Ich hab zwar keine Infos aus der Region, aber letzte Woche gab es Infos vom Elbaman der eine Woche später stattfindet. In wie weit sich Regelungen je nach Region in Italien unterscheiden weiß ich aber nicht.
Given new rules and regulations linked with Covid, we would like here to make a recap about the situation as of today 11.08.2021. If important variation would occur, we will immediately inform all of you.
In Italy there is Green Pass, that is the corresponding certificate released by all EU countries. Here you can read information (in Italian) (Certificato COVID digitale dell'UE: | Commissione europea (europa.eu)) That means that EU certification is valid in Italy, you do not need any other.
As of today, no certification / Covid vaccination / Test / Green Pass is required to compete in triathlon events. At race number pick up all athletes will have to fill up a self-certification. We will send it through email 10-15 days before the event.
Certificates / Green Pass are not required for
Access ferries for Elba Island
Access and stay in hotels
Eat at Restaurant and bar in outdoor areas
Certificates / Green Pass are instead required for
Eat at Restaurant and bar in indoor areas
Visit museum, cinema, etc.
We invite you anyway to verify directly with your hotel / residence if any certificate is required for accessing specific areas (i.e. restaurant, swimming pool, wellness, gym, etc.)
If you do not hold any valid certificate and you think you can need one, you can obtain a green pass (48h validity) in a pharmacy on Elba Island. Here a link (not thorough) of drugstores on the island. Please verify in advance that store can make test and book it in advance!
