Der Unterschied ist, wenn man in Bolivien hängt, ist man am kürzeren Hebel. Es ist auch ein Unterschied ob man ein Konto eine Zeitlang einfriert oder ob man Geld unterschlägt. Ich vermute, dass Paypal mit fadenscheinige Gründe regelmässig Konten einfriert um mit dem Geld arbeiten zu können:

Today without warning Paypal "closed" my account with $5,772.91 dollars in it. They say on the website and in several calls I made to them that they will not release the money due to a routine credit scan they made and didn't like what they read in my equifax credit report.

What closed means by their definition is I can't take the money out and I earn no interest on the money for 6 months.

Ironically, before this happened, I was a big fan of Paypal.

Ironically hatte ich nicht vor einen Rundumschlag gegen Paypal zu machen, sondern wollte nur allgemein die Erfahrungen von anderen hören, zumal keiner hierzulande in der Situation ist, dass er in einem Land wie Bolivien lebt, wo es zu einer Situation wie bei mir kommen konnte.
Allerdings empfand ich so manche Loblieder auf Paypal ein wenig übertrieben.
