Vielleicht hilft diese Antwort aus dem tacx-Forum weiter:

But I've found out that it is not necessary to re-enter your licence code.
You can just
--> click "unlock Tacx Trainer Software", after that you'll see the form to enter your code,
--> just click "Next" (without entering your code) and the software will say it has accepted your code.

Note, that this will only work if you've activated the software before!
