Heute kam die Absage der Veranstaltung. Hier mal etwas zum lachen fürs Forum. Das sind die Optionen die Ironman den Athleten anbietet:

"To make the process as easy as possible for registered athletes during this difficult time, we are providing you with a selection of options:

- Free deferral to the same event in 2024, either the IRONMAN Israel Middle East Championship or IRONMAN 70.3 Tiberias triathlons taking place in the fall of 2024, exact date to be determined (The same event for which you are currently registered, the 2024 race date will be confirmed at a later date).

- Free transfer to IRONMAN Portugal, Cascais taking place 22 October 2023 (please note this option is only available until midnight CEST, Sunday 15 October 2023.)"
