Thank you for reaching out. At this time, Structured Workouts cannot be sent to Apple Watches at this time. However, this feature is something we are looking to implement with the recent integration of the Apple Watch and TrainingPeaks. I do not have a firm timeline for when this will be released, but I can assure you that this feature is in the pipeline for the integration.
