Ich habe am 26.08. Favero angeschrieben und am nächsten Morgen folgende Nachricht bekommen:

I checked as first thing the status of your Assioma DUO remotely - when a new ticket is opened and the sensors are connected to the app Favero Assioma we are able to check some internal parameters of the sensors - and I confirm that the internal values were correct in occasion of the last connection.

In this case, in order to check which could be the possible cause of the halved values I suggest to complete the following verification:

- Connect both sensors to the app Favero Assioma
- Configure the pedals in "Unified channel" mode. You can find that function inside the menu "Compatibility with other apps"
- Check if the measured power values will be correct on Zwift

Please let me know. I will wait your reply and I remain at your complete disposal for any further technical information.
