Anders streng genommen hingegen das erwähnte Öffnen des Helmes:
After completing the bike course, you can either leave the helmet on the bike or pack it in the red transition bag. If you pack your helmet in the red transition bag, you may open the chinstrap only after entering the transition tent. A violation of this rule will result in a yellow card (30-second time penalty).
