Also bei 2 Leuten ist das klar. Der Eine muss nur irgendwie vor dem Anderen sein.
Aber mit "Rest of field" macht das nicht so richtig Sinn.

Die Quote für Head-to-Head bets Ryf-Rest of the field und Quote Sieg Ryf ist auch fast dieselbe, so dass es so sein wird, wie du geschrieben hast und es somit auch keine echte Head-to-head-Option ist.

Bei Frodeno ist die Quote sogar bis auf die Kommastelle dieselbe.
