training heute:
28.1. heute am morgen: 93min rad (4x 15min (cca. 240-260W)) + 37min lauf direkt nach dem rad
28.1. heute abend 15min stabilitaet schulter +
mein erstes training vom trainer - 28min aufm rad ausspinnen unter 90puls... durfte net schwitzen.(waren noch paar uebungen drin) + hab jezt noch 20min selbst massagen aufm roller und mit tennis ball + dehn uebungen.

SWIMMING: Start swimming will be out of the water in the bay of Ribic restaurant near Marina. The route to swim start is about 1 km along the coast from Marina Portorose through Camp Lucija. The length of the swimming part is 1.900 m. Finish is at Kanegra (CRO)
CYCLING: Cycling part will be routed entirely within Croatia. From Kanegra the participants will turn towards Plovanija. From there right towards Buje and the valley of the Mirna River. There will be the turn around and check mark with snacks and drinks at aid station. From there the participants will follow the same route to turnd around point at main road at Kanegra. The length of the loop is 45 km. Participants will cycle two loops. The route is within a total of approximately 800 m total vertical climb. At the end of the last lopp, cycle to the transition area in Kanegra where is the end part of the cycling course. The length of the route is 90 km.
RUN: Running part runs along the route of the Parenzana from Kanegra to the border crossing at Sečovlje. From there, the route goes towards Solin and Camp Lucija and through the Marina Portorose along the coast to the Hotel Bernardin, where is turn around point. From there, participants run along the same route back to the Marina Portorose. The length of the run course is 21 km.
