Hallo,

ich habe mich an den SRAM Support in der USA gewandt und die haben sofort geantwortet - Hut ab!!

Im Installations Video wird die Kette ganz zum Schluß nach dem micro trim installiert. Das ist nicht richtig.
Es macht Sinn was der Support schreibt.
Wenn ich aus dem Urlaub zurück bin werde ich die Kette anbauen und dann die Justierung vornehmen.
Ich werde dann hier berichten, ob es funktioniert hat.

We are happy to help if we can, but we do have a question:

First: the chain is installed on your bike, correct? (We ask because we have had people try to adjust the system without first installing the chain. The chain pivots the pulley cage down into the correct position to clear the spokes.)

You must install the chain, or at very least, pull the pulley assembly in to place in the downward position. The micro-adjust works like a barrel adjuster. Unfortunately what is not shown in the video is that while they talk about micro-adjust without the chain installed, they have the pulley cage being held by hand in the natural downward position as a chain would hold it when installed.
