Modifying equipment used in competition in relation to products supplied by the

system on the saddle, no modification of equipment that is not conducted by the
manufacturer is authorised by the UCI without prior approval.

Abgebildet ist unter dem Text eindeutig eine Klebebandkonstruktion mit etwas darunter die einen Lenker auf das vorgegebene 3:1 Maß bringt.

Ob sowas bei einem kleinen Rennen oder einer LVM ggf zugelassen wurde dürfte unmaßgeblich sein. Anna plant ja den Start bei der Staatsmeisterschaft und hat glaube ich keine so schlechte Chancen aufs Podium zu fahren. Da wird dann ganz sicher sehr genau geschaut. Und sei es von der Konkurrenz.

Die Regel ist sehr einfach und keinesfalls kompliziert. Kein Bauteil darf ein flacheres Profil als 3:1 aufweisen.
