hi! i will write a blog on the race, but i wanted to say thanks so much to everyone that has posted words of congratulations. i really appreciate everyone's support, not least that of my team - who push me day afater day and are shaping me into the athlete i would want to be.......It was a fantastic race, superbly well organised with an UNBELIEVEABLE atmosphere - the German passion for triathlon is definately unrivalled (and their passion for small lycra briefs is also second to none)!

I am still smiling from the experience (and from the briefs), and have memories that i will never forget.

As for World Records......Next time i wont do that 30 second porta potty stop....
