Zur Abrundung der Diskussion hier noch die Meinung von Gordo BYRNE zur PREP-Phase, an dessen Trainingsphilosophie unsere Pläne angelehnt sind:
"Weekly volume should be very comfortable, typically two to five hours lower than what you think you can handle. Despite the low volume, a recovery week is still recommended to maintain mental freshness and ensure physical adaption. However, typically only one recovery week in the last week before the Base period begins is sufficient. This time can be used for testing."
