Sie kam mit ihrem Freund zur Langdistanz weil ein Schwimmwettkampf nicht ihren Wünschen entsprechend gelaufen war.

Lucy: "...my partner, we, gone(?) and raced up in Scotland and we both had a terrible race. So we pretty much went back to the hotel and signed up for an Ironman there and then."

Bob: "Wait, wait, wait... So you had a bad race at an open water swim and decided we're done?"

Lucy: "We're done. Let's just do an Ironman. How hard can it be? We've got mountainbikes at home."
