Im Zwift-Userforum taucht das Problem häufig auf, vielleicht findet ihr da Lösungsmöglichkeiten.

In einem anderen Thread hat jemand sein Problem gelöst, indem er den Anpressdruck der Batterie erhöht hat: "The click kept powering off and losing connection as soon as I let go of the buttons. I changed the battery and same thing happened , so what I did was tuck a piece of thick paper behind the + side of battery and that bit of extra pressure makes it work all the time now , no matter how much I tightened the screws without it it was like the battery wasn’t connecting properly inside."
