Löbliche Selbsterkenntnis - aber bei sehr vielen ist nur das angekommen, bzw. dieser Anfang reichte vielen, um nicht weiter zuzuhören (mir auch; habe es mir trotzdem komplett angetan). Wenn Sie dazu noch die Grundregel bedenkt, daß Kommunikation nicht das ist, was man sagen will ("facts" allein reichen eben nicht), sondern das, was ankommt, also was die Zuhörer daraus machen, könnte sie doch noch etwas am Stil und Inhalt ändern, damit nicht nur glühende Anhänger ihr zuhören.
