Was mich wundert ist der geringe Mindestabstand zwischen Läufer und Fahrzeug:

"The minimum recommended distance is at least 5m between any vehicle/motorbike and the athletes."

Seite 65:
For the purpose of this Rule, the following shall be considered assistance, and are therefore not allowed:
(a) pacing in races by persons not participating in the same race,..............
