Well, I couldn't see the womens race so I cannot say anything but on the mens one there is a lot to say about.

First is that Mola has a Problem with Swimming, he s a beast at running and fast with the bike... but he lost a lot on the water. I think it's clear that's his weak Point.

Alarza made a huuuge Progression and improvement, despite that he runs "weird" (somehow like Frodo style ). He will be for sure the third Spanish one in Rio.

I checked the Brownlee speech after the race and "@HAFU" was fully right, they come always with an excuse out of why they lost. Once they were ill, others the last weeek happened smth, bla bla... whatever, they like the Show a lot. For example Mola after the race was super happy and said smth like "Well I am fourth, they were amazing today and pretty fast, I couldnt do anything. Anyway, lets move on and Train for the next race :-) "

PS: I read yesterday that Gomez Noya made a Swimming Championship in spain with his local Swimming Club... he did the 1500m in 15':56" ( )
