Ehe das hier zum Thema Autos weiter ausartet, hier ein Blick von aussen rein nach Deutschland.

Thema "Freakiest thing ever witnessed in a triathlon"

"I did an olympic distance race in Germany when I was stationed there. After the swim the guy next to me in transition stripped out of his one piece tri-suit (right down to his birthday suit) and then put an almost identical tri-suit on for the bike.

I came to the race with my college roommate. Later on I saw her bike on the side of the road with the wheel bent to one side. Here's how screwed up our priorities are: I took her bike back to the car before checking the med tent for her. Apparently she had a little crash with some road rash. When I got to the tent she was huddled naked under a sheet. For some reason the medical personnel took all of her clothes off. She didn't speak much German so she just waited for me. Last time I ever raced in Germany."
