So jetzt komm ich mal ganz blöd dahin und sag, dass die Vorwölbung wahrscheinlich auch nicht das geringste mit deinen LWS Beschwerden zu tun haben wird... Dir fehlen sämtliche Symptome, die für einen Vorfall typisch sind!!! Rückenschmerz ist in der Regel kein Symptom eines Vorfalls bzw einer Vorwölbung... Das MRT ist kein geeignetes diagnostisches Mittel um einen unspezifischen Rückenschmerz zu diagnostizieren! "There is insufficient evidence to support the routine use of MRI in patients with CLBP. Recommendation: Strong" (CHOU, D et al., 2011)
Also wirf deine Sorgen über Bord und trainier einfach weiter!!!
Mobilisation und gleichzeitige Stabilisation des Rumpfes wird deinem Problem Abhilfe schaffen!
