Polar V800 is first sold exclusively at official Polar web stores only. Starting from today, May 19th, V800 is available in USA, Canada and Singapore.
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and UK will follow on May 22nd and for the Finns V800 is available on May 27th.

Nuja ich wollte eh noch die ersten Erfahrungsberichte abwarten und dann die Uhr in Blau haben...

Genau ... und vom Polaraußendienstler direkt ... deswegen weiß ich auch, dass ich die V800 auf jeden Fall in der 1. Juni Woche erhalten werde.
Der Puls wird immer noch mit einem Brustgurt gemessen (und jetzt als super tolles Feature sogar im Wasser ...). Da finde ich die Methode (LED-Leuchten) von z.B. von Mio Link und der neuen Tomtom deutlich ansprechender.
Wenn man sich die Homepage der Uhr anschaut (im Besonderen "Coming soon" und "Coming later"), dann sollte man wohl froh sein, dass sie bei Auslieferung zumindest GPS und Puls aufzeichnen kann.
also abgesehen von der Problematik des fehlenden Ant+ hab ich gelesen, dass man auch keine bestehenden/erstellten Tracks von zb GPSIES.com importieren kann, sondern auf gelaufene Tracks anderer V800-Besitzer angewiesen ist (mein Uralt Forerunner 305 kann das bereits)
keine Ahnung, warum man dann grad die V800 kaufen soll?
Hatte mit der V800 geliebäugelt, aber aufgrund der ganzen Nachteile (kein ANT+, wieder neue Sensoren fürs Rad + GPX Tracks) dann für die Fenix2 entschieden. Die Koppelung von FR620 und 910XT zusammen mit der Allroundfähigkeit der Tactix ein, für mich, perfektes Teil und billiger als die V800.
Und das obwohl ich die letzten sieben Jahr nur Polar Produkte hatte und damit auch nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe.
