Die UCI-Chefs Verbruggen und Mc Quaid haben Floyd Landis verklagt. Der ignorierte die Klage und wurde jetzt ohne Verteidigung in Abwesenheit verurteilt. Das Urteil ist recht lustig, da es detailliert auflistet, was Landis alles nicht mehr über sie sagen darf, nämlich:
