Marathon-Artikel

Schöner Artikel auf der "Home"-Seite. Ich werde mich beim FFM-Marathon mal versuchen daran zu halten. Laufe meist auch zu schnell los, weil ich dann Sekunden herausgelaufen bin. Die ersten 10 km mal langsamer anzugehen ist mal ein Versuch wert....
