Hallo

weiß man jetzt schon welcher Ironman für Profis (Damen/Herrn) stattfindet

also zB Frankfurt Profi Männer,....
Klagenfurt ?, Schweiz, UK, ....

Das wird gekoppelt sein an die Austragung ebendieser Events für AK-Athleten. Daher kann dir wohl aktuell niemand mit Gewissheit eine Antwort darauf geben.
