Welche gibt es, welche sind zu empfehlen?

Brauche was für Schleswig-Holstein und die Alpen.

Ich verwende parallel zur openstreetmap auch noch die Rad-Version:

www.opencyclemap.org/

Hilft bei der Abschätzung der Verkehrsdichte.
