USM Events: "Noosa & Mooloolaba Multi Sport Festivals will remain the same. Challenge Cairns will remian as a Challenge event in 2012."

Klingt stark nach Ironman ab 2013.

Na ja, ob Challange oder WTC ist doch eh relativ egal, oder? Sind beides Großveranstalter. Wer es wirklich familiär mag, wird wohl ohnehin was kleineres machen.

Der sonstige "Streit" erinnert mich dann schon eher an die Differenzierung zwischen dem bösen Microsoft und dem guten Google.

War zu erwarten, dass etwas in die Richtung passiert. Das da ein Challenge-Rennen bei ist, ist Zufall. Wird interessant zu sehen, wie es da mit den bestehenden Verträgen gehandhabt wird.

Challenge Cairns stand noch auf der ToDo-Liste bei mir :(. Könnte jetzt wohl nur noch als Ironman Cairns was werden, wie es aussieht.
