Timex Global Trainer: Wie Intervalle starten?

Hallo,
hab mir vor kurzem die Timex Global Trainer gekauft und komme auch soweit ganz gut klar damit, aber wie kann ich meine selbst erstellten Intervalle starten?:confused:
