After some meetings with representatives of the brand in Spain, Challenge have been successfully concluded and has agreed the dates for holding both the Half Challenge and Challenge for long distance.

Half Challenge will be held on May 16th and the Challenge will be on October 3rd.

Maresme County Goverment and Calella Council, despite repeated requests from administrations to the Evolution company to withdraw the logos of the institutions of their website and to close the registration for the races, as the dates were not specified in detail, the inscriptions are still active.

Maresme County Goverment and Calella Council have already been referred to legal services this situation to assess if Evolution is engaging in unlawful with false and distorted information being provided to the triathletes.

In the coming days will be presented the details of the two triathlons to be held this year 2010 in the Maresme region and have the full support of Challenge CEO, Felix Walchshöfer as a full guarantee of success for both sporting events .

Danke für den Link, das dort verlinkte Interview ist interessant. Wie üblich: zwei äußerst konträre Sichtweisen treffen da aufeinander. Kann nur hoffen, dass das möglichst schnell geklärt wird, sonst ist das Rennen möglicherweise "verbrannt" (was ich aus Athletensicht absolut verstehen kann).

hätte man die jungs von evolution befragt, dann hätten die aber leider wahrscheinlich genau das gegenteil gesagt. naja...das traurige aber ist, das auf der .com seite bereits fast 800 anmeldungen sind. hoffentlich bekommen die dann ihr geld wieder bzw. eine übertragung des startplatzes.

Das war Felix'ens Aussage. Was allerdings passiert, wenn das Geld auch vorerst bei .com bleiben sollte, weiß ich nicht.

Ok. Allerdigs ist das ein Link auf die Seite von TEAMChallenge. Das steht da jetzt schon seit drei Tagen und auf der Seite der Evolution Challenge werden weiterhin Startplätze für den 23.05. angeboten.

Überzeugend finde ich eher diesen Link (auch wenn ich kein Spanisch verstehe):

Iss schon klar. Hast Du ja jetzt oft genug geschrieben. Umgekehrt habe ich das ganze auch schon öfter gehört.

Habe ich ja nicht bestritten. :Blumen:
Mein Problem ist mehr, dass ich einen Link auf News auf der TEAMChallenge-Seite für wenig überzeugend halte, solange TEAMChallenge und Evolution Challenge sich widersprechen. Da überzeugen mich Veröffentlichungen eines Dritten irgendwie deutlich mehr.
