Glaub nicht.

Ich meine, gelesen zu haben, dass man gegen diese Entscheidung ein Rechtsmittel einlegen kann.

Dann wird vor einem Gremium verhandelt.

Ist jetzt aber arg aus dem Ärmel geschüttelt, weil ich die Stelle, wo ich das gelesen habe, grad nicht wiederfinden kann.

Die könnten vor dem CAS dagegen klagen, soweit ich weiss.
Möglicherweise ist es denen aber eh egal, weil die ihre Strohmänner längst platziert haben, und gar nicht mehr selbst in Erscheinung treten müssen..
