Naja, Swissman mit 500 CHF und Inferno mit 450 CHF kann man auch nicht direkt als Schnäppchen bezeichnen. Aber man bekommt natürlich mehr fürs Geld.

Na gut
Swissman mit Eigenverpflegung ist sicherlich hoch genug.
Jedoch Vergleich Inferno zu IM Zürich (450 zu 715.-- ) sind doch satte 38% Unterschied.
Heisst aber nicht dass ich den IMZ nicht noch einmal machen würde.
Ist aber halt doch eine Menge Holz.

Wobei Murten nun auch nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen ist. Zwei Wochen vor Elba mache ich da wohl nur die OD.

Wenn du siehst was man am Inferno dafür bekommt ist es schon fast ein Schnäppchen bzw das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist sehr gut.
Du bekommst zwei Tickets aufs Schilthorn. Das kostet normal schon mal 210 Franken. Dazu gibt es viele verteilte Verpflegungsstationen (nicht einfach zu erreichen) und sie transportieren deine Material von zwei Wechselzonen nach Stechelberg.
Swissman sehe ich auch etwas anders.

Aber jetzt sind wir etwas OT.

yes maybe is more expansive than other "not branded" half distance, but it's only 15/20% more than other half in italy that really offer a low quality race in not so nice places.
On the other side all 73 participants receive the EXACT same treatment as of full distance: from last year same race gift, same pasta party included, same final buffet, same quality medal and finisher t-shirt, same final prize money (for the best), same quality prizes for ag.

I guess it's fair, am I wrong ? Nice to hear other opinion ;-)

please do not compare Elbaman with that "mess" of Aronamen !! I fell a little bit offended. Not one year without swim problem, not one year without danger on bike course, no party around, etc.. :dresche :Cheese:

Die erste Stufen fur 73 und full sind ausgebucht.
Die zweite Stufe in der Halb-Distanz ist auch auf der Weg zum einem schnellen Schluss.

I would like to take part on the Long Distance, from what i have heard it seems to be a great Event, the Price is ok.Are there still places available?
Unfortunately there are no flights going directly from Frankfurt, I wanted to rent the bike at Herberts Place.
There are of course also cheaper Events out there, but you have not enough Nutrition during the race, no bike Service on the bike course, all they do is fuck all.
