70.3 Rennen in Europa sind noch einige geplant und bei einem Großteil auch noch Startplätze zu haben. Bin mir aber nicht so ganz sicher ob das was wird ;)

Zum IM und 70.3 Tallinn kam folgende Mail:

While the COVID-19 pandemic has certainly had a massive impact on every aspect of our daily lives and has forced us to make substantial changes to our race calendar, we are encouraged to see improvements in Estonia.

In line with guidelines announced by the Estonian authorities, IRONMAN Tallinn and IRONMAN 70.3 Tallinn are still planned to take place on September 5, 2020 with limited numbers and our team is hard at work to ensure a great racing experience in the safest possible environment. In the coming weeks, you will be receiving regular updates on your race including important information on how to best prepare for your event experience, as well as the changes you will see at the event as part of our Safe Return to Racing protocol.

Mich würde mal interessieren, wie IM das dann handhabt, wenn die Behörden nur eine geringere Anzahl an Teilnehmern zulässt. Mal angenommen, es haben sich 2000 Teilnehmer angemeldet und die Behörden lassen nun nur 500 starten. Welche 500 dürfen denn dann ran?

Am selben Wochenende wurde dort die WRC Estonia Rally mit 16000 Zuschauern genehmigt.
Man muss ein personalisiertes Ticket für einen Bereich mit Max. 1000 Zuschauern kaufen.
Letzte Woche gab es dort 7 Corona Fälle, sogar die Nachtclubs sind schon wieder auf.

Denke wenn der Wille in der Politik da ist findet man Lösungen.

2000 Personen sind aktuell das Limit, am 30.6 standen ca 800 auf der Startliste
