Eigentlich nicht, aber jetzt wo Du es sagst, muss ich da wohl nochmal hin und eine bessere Perspektive suchen.

Nur in Deutschland ist drinnen, was von draussen zu erwarten ist. Ich vermute mal beinahe, dass diese Wohnlage in 2-3 Jahren fuer Dich unerschwinglich waere. Da wird gerade maechtig renoviert. Frag' jetzt nicht...
