Rechtsschutz habe ich natürlich, bei Gericht wird gefeilscht wie auf dem Markt (aber das weisst Du ja auch :Cheese: ).

Ich habe gerade aber persönlich die ITU angemailt, den Sachverhalt dargestellt und um eine klare, verbindliche und 100% Aussage gebeten, bin mal auf die Antwort gespannt.

Ich hatte ja geschrieben, dass ich die ITU bezgl. des Dresscodes anmailen würde, mein schlechtes Schulenglisch bitte ich zu entschuldigen.

when I placed my registration in 2009 for the ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championships in Immenstadt, the ITU rules for 2009 have been linked there.

At that time there was no advice for a special race outfit.

In the meantime you have chanced the rules and at the moment there is a big diskussion between DTU / Immenstadt (Altenried) and of cource the athlets, which outfit to wear on race day.

Altenread has a race outfit which differs from the DTU outfit.

Are both outfits attmitted on raceday?

Or can I ware my own race outfit (this is what i would like to prefer, because you changed the rules after registration.

Please give a clear and 100% answer to my questions.

Dear .....,

I would like to correct you. There was a Uniform Rules valid for elite and age-group athletes also in 2009 or 2009. The rule changes did not affect the athletes competing in the Long Distance World Championships. The National Federation has the right to enter any athlete to any ITU event and it is up to the National Federation on which condition they are doing it.

Please contact your National Federation and ask for a clear and 100% answer on this matter as this is not up to ITU, but DTU!

Erstmal erstaunlich, dass Du überhaupt bzw. so schnell ne Antwort bekommen hast. Aber die Antwort besagt ja nur, dass es a) sehr wohl bei Ausschreibung ne Kleiderordnung gab und dass b) die DTU entscheidet, wen sie für die WM meldet. Von daher bleibt die Frage wohl weiterhin offen, wie genau "colour and design" zu interpretieren sind.

Über die Anzugfrage "DTU vs. Triathlon WM 2010 GmbH" entscheidet demnach die DTU, oder?

Was aber unlogisch ist, weil es ja ITU-Kampfrichter/-Offizielle sind, die am Renntag mit dem Regelbuch in der Hand nachmessen, ob die Anzüge ok sind. Da nützt es wenig, wenn einer mit seinem rosa Zweiteiler aufläuft und stolz einen Schrieb der DTU-Führung präsentiert, dass er den tragen dürfe.
