Es soll Ausnahmen geben für russische Sportler, die im Ausland einem gut funktionierenden Antidopingsystem unterlagen.

Ebenso sollen Sportler, die einen außergewöhnlichen Beitrag zum Antidopingkampf geleistet haben, eine Starterlaubnis als unabhängige Starter beantragen können.
Diese Regelung zielt insbesondere auf die Whistleblowerin Julia Stepanova.

Würde die denn vom russischen Verband als Verräterin überhaupt gemeldet?

Der russische Verband hat nix mehr zu melden.
Alle Russen, für die es Ausnahmeregelungen gibt, treten dann als "neutrale Athleten" an.

Bin gespannt, ob sich das noch auf andere Sportarten/-Verbände ausweitet. Die unterlagen ja alle der "Kontrolle" des korrupten "Anti"-Dopingsystems.

Julia Stepanowa hat die Startberechtigung von der IAAF erhalten und läuft gleich bei der EM 800 m!
