Heute gefunden im "newsletter" meines hiesigen Laufvereins:
"Fluid replacement drinks are essential particularly when doing long runs. Here is a very simple and very quick recipe for making your own drink. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of sugar with a few pinches of salt in a quarter cup of boiling water. Add two of cups of cold water. Add the juice of an orange or lemon for taste. Shake well and hey presto you have a great fluid replacement drink which has cost a tiny fraction of the cost of the commercially made products."
