That said, our Head Coach has arranged the Training Plan workouts in a specific order, but that's not to say our Plans aren't flexible.
If it's just a matter of switching the days you do the "assigned" rides, you'll still reap the full benefits of the plan. The Training Plan calendar will mark your rides complete as they are done, regardless of the day you do them.
What we don't recommend is for riders to regularly skip rides or substitute rides that are vastly different in nature from the workouts within the plan. If doing 4 rides during the week is a little much, you may be better off doing a lower volume plan rather than modifying a higher volume plan. "
