was natürlich Unsinn ist, weil niemand seine 5km-RacePace über 10km läuft.. schon gar nicht im Training
Ich laufe ja auch mal Sachen wie 20-25x30''/30'' - wobei die 30s in 1500-2000m RacePace sind. Das finde ich am Anfang eines Trainiingszyklus auch wirklich gut, um Tempo aufzubauen (vgl Running Science von Owen Anderson). Aber wenn es dann hart werden soll, bevorzuge ich dann doch 7-8x1000 auf 5k Pace mit 500m TP.. Vllt auch eine Typfrage, aber 1min Erholung auf 200m im moderatem Tempo finde ich schon sehr komfortabel.
